Most bank appointed ‘Mortgage Valuation Surveyors’ will only be at the property for a very short period of time, if at all. Even if the bank appointed ‘Mortgage Valuation Surveyor’ does attend the property, they will often carry out a very brief inspection.
In contrast, our Level 2 Homebuyer Report and Level 3 Building Surveys cover all aspects of the property, right from the chimneys to the drainage. We spend as much time as required on-site to gain a thorough understanding of the property.
