The Home Buyer Survey (RICS Level 2 Report)
The Level 2 Home Survey report (formerly known as a Homebuyer Report) is suitable for:
- Homes with limited extensions or conversions built in the last 100 years
- Homes in reasonable condition with a standard construction


The Building Survey (RICS Level 3 report)
The Level 3 Home Building Survey report is our most comprehensive report and suitable for:
- Our most comprehensive survey. This RICS home survey is for complex homes with non standard construction types or those with numerous extensions or homes converted from other uses.
- Older or more unusual properties.
Independent Valuation
Independent valuation – For our clients that require peace of mind and an independent view of the value of your future home.
